Free shipping is available to Canadian and US customers for all orders that do not include used or refurbished items or desktop computers.

Our shipping methods available are Supply and Direct

What does Supply and Direct mean?

Supply - FBT's domestic supply of products

Direct - Direct shipment from our manufacturing partners factories

Due to Covid-19 our Supply has been hard to restock so we have added the Direct option to many of our products, unfortunately we have also had to remove our Supply option from some products for the health and safety of our staff.

Direct shipping times can range from 15 to 60 days to arrive and is beyond our control, however most items will arrive within 30 days and we will send an update if it is expected to take longer then that
